Vicci Martinez earned her the last spot in the final four of the American reality talent show, The Voice Season 1 after performing her last and original song, "Afraid To Sleep". She came in first place on Team Cee Lo Green and represented him in the final round. The final results show was on June 29, 2011, giving Javier Colon from coach Adam Levine's team as the winner of the series.
